Small Groups
In addition to a large group worship service that includes music, opportunity to give and expository preaching, we also encourage connecting to and serving with others in the church outside of the Sunday service. We primarily do this through a number of small groups:
Wednesday Worship - Meets at the church on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. Includes a brief devotional, followed by separate times for kids, youth group and adults to discuss and learn! MomCo meets every other week during this time as well. Childcare is provided.
Ladies Fellowship - Meets at the church on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. and is open to all women.
Dudes & Donuts - Meets at the church on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. and is open to men and boys of all ages.
Small Groups - New groups are formed two times a year, in the spring and the fall to pray, share life, learn, and serve together.
Fellowship Meals - We offer potluck style meals frequently after the church service. See the bulletin or our Facebook page for information on upcoming gatherings.
Family Fun - Stay-n-Plays, Vacation Bible School, church picnic and baptism celebrations in the summer.
Worship Team - Musically gifted? The worship team welcomes individuals for occasional special music or regular involvement in weekly worship services.
Service & Outreach Opportunities - Operation Christmas Child, Fall Harvest Party, Christmas caroling, opportunities to care for the sick, homeless, and isolated.
Membership - Every fall a class is offered to discuss what a commitment to Living Hope might look like.
Church leadership - All members are encouraged to use the spiritual gift(s) entrusted to them to serve each other but there are two offices, elder and deacon, designated to equip the church for service.
Security Group - Provides preventative care for the gathered congregation on Sunday mornings.
Teachers - Members take turns teaching adult and children each Sunday morning.
